Missing Package, Buyer Will Not Respond

A buyer bought a figure from me the week of July 12th, the day I sent it. I look at the buyer dashboard and it says that they're still awaiting a package. Turns out that there hasn't been an update on the package since the 17th. So I contact the buyer to see what's up and hopefully get this cleared up. Nothing. Sent another message. Nothing. I go to USPS and try to find the package. TWICE I get the "You have insufficient data" error. I have no idea what I entered or didn't enter to make this happen. I need some help
