This article helps our Volunteer Squad keep the database clean and consistent! It pertains to members who have Creator access and above. If you're interested in getting involved, read more about joining the Squad here. We'd love to have you aboard! 

There are three ways that you can add items to your Workbench - 

1. From the Manage Database Items Page (Everyone)
2. From the Curator Dashboard - Set eBay Data (Curators and Above)
3. From the Database Item Page (Champions and Above)
4. Manage eBay Data Dashboard (Champions and Above)

1. Add to your Workbench from the Manage Database Items Page

You can find and batch-process items in Manage Database Items to add them to your own Workbench. Learn more about Managing Database items here.

2. Add to your Workbench from the Curation Dashboard (Curators and Above)

From within your Curation Dashboard, you can click on the Get eBay Data button

Then follow these instructions.  This is a new tool and we like to get more comments on it.  If you are not yet a Curator but like to get access just email us!

3. Add to your Workbench from the Database Item Page (Champions and Above)

Champions and above can also add items to the Workbench from the Database Item Page -

For Champions and Above, you can assign items to other Squad member Workbenches. Simply use the Manage eBay Data Dashboard for fastest results.

4. Manage eBay Data Dashboard (Champions and Above)

This tool is specifically designed for folks who want to bulk assign items to themselves or other members, specifically on the Squad for training purposes.

1. Visit the Manage eBay Data Dashboard here or Click on the Manage eBay Data Dashboard button in your Curator Dashboard
   
2. Select the Database items that you'd like to assign to the Squad member. For Rookies, when possible, especially for Funko items, please make sure there is a UPC code tied to the Database Item and that items are lower in value (under $20 preferably). Here for example -
   
   
   
   
3. Then use the Batch Actions button to Set Active, Assign to Member, and Run Manually, in that exact order.

Within 30 minutes, the Squad member will see new items populated in their Workbench

How to get to the Workbench

You can go to the Curation Dashboard and find a link to the Workbench there.  

Or you find a button on the top right of the screen from the Manage Database Items page
