Most Subjects have more than one name.  For example, searching for Captain Picard would obviously find the Subject called Captain Picard but it would not find it if it was called Jean-Luc Picard (and vice versa searching for Jean-Luc Picard would not find Captain Picard).

To solve that issue there is a field called Additional Keywords.  Add Jean Luc as well as Jean-Luc (hobbyDB strips out dashes making Jean-Luc to Jeanluc for the purpose of searching).  You can do the same for abbreviations, so add RAC to the Subject for the Royal Automobile Club (or if the abbreviation is more commonly used then add the words to the abbreviation, for example, National Entertainment Collectibles Association to the Subject for NECA).
