Backed by popular demand, we created a star rating system for both our buyers and sellers to use. If a seller does not meet expectations in any way when completing your order, you as a buyer have the option to rate the transaction with them on a 1-5 star scale (1 being the worst and 5 being the best). Keep in mind, sellers can also leave feedback on their transactions with you as a buyer.
Here's how to leave feedback:
- Navigate to your buyer dashboard.
- Once there, click the "View All" button in the "Recent Orders" section
- Once there, you'll see all of your completed orders
- From here, click the "Leave Feedback" link to leave feedback for the seller associated with the order.
NOTE: if you complete your purchase as a guest, you neither offer feedback to or accept feedback from the seller of your order.
