If you placed an order through the hobbyDB marketplace or one of our many hobbyDB-powered marketplaces, you are automatically protected by the best buyer protection out there. We have that in place because sometimes, stuff happens. 

If you placed your order while signed in to hobbyDB, you can view your orders and track their status using your buyer dashboard. Also, be sure to check your email inbox and spam folder for any shipping confirmations associated with your purchase. 

For your reference as a buyer, here are the expectations we set with sellers on the hobbyDB platform: 

  1. A tracking number or confirmation of shipment is provided within 5 business days of the order creation date (excludes weekend days).
  2. Responses to any customer inquiries over the hobbyDB messaging system within 48 hours.
  3. Accurate item and condition information are provided in the item's sale listing.

If your order has gone beyond 5 business days without confirmation of shipment, you're not hearing back from a seller, please reach out to our team of Customer Service Jedi with your order number and short description of your issue, and we can ensure you're taken care of ASAP.
