Backed by popular demand, we created a star rating system for both our buyers and sellers to use. If a buyer was difficult to work with for whatever reason, you as a seller have the option to rate the transaction with them on a 1-5 star scale (1 being the worst and 5 being the best). Keep in mind, buyers can also leave feedback on their transactions with you as a seller.
Here's how to leave feedback:
- Navigate to your seller dashboard.
- Once there, click the "View All" button in the "Recent Carts" section
- Once there, you'll see all of your fulfilled carts
- From here, click the "Leave Feedback" link to leave feedback for the buyer associated with the order.
NOTE: if a buyer completes their purchase as a guest, neither the seller nor the buyer can leave feedback for the order. Only those logged in are eligible to post or receive feedback.
