Sellers are held responsible for the shipment and arrival of the item(s) purchased to the location specified by the buyer during checkout. If a buyer chooses to use a freight forwarding company in order to achieve cheaper shipping rates, anything that occurs after the order is successfully delivered to the forwarding address is not covered by our buyer protection.
Freight forwarders are not prohibited, but if used, the buyer will be responsible for any issues that occur following the delivery at the forwarding address.
