The power of your Wish List is in the email notifications. Whenever an item you have listed in your Wish List is put up for sale on our marketplace, you'll receive an automated email to let you know. And of course, if you buy an item on hobbyDB, it automatically adds itself to your Collection Management so you don’t need to add it separately.
Here are a few notable aspects of the Wish List feature to keep in mind:
- The notification email will be sent to the email tied to your hobbyDB account.
- Be sure to check your spam folder to ensure your notifications aren't ending up there.
- To opt out of the Wish List emails, simply navigate to your profile using the dropdown menu in the upper right of hobbyDB.com. Uncheck the small box next to the text, "Receive Wish List emails". To opt back in, check the box and click the "Update Account" button.
- Wish List items are not automatically removed once the item is purchased. For that, you need to delete the Wish List item.
